Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Void Arcade ("Platform"), including signing up for tokens, playing games, or purchasing a Season Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform
  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent
  • Void Arcade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements
Section 3

Account Registration & Communications

When you submit your email to claim tokens or access features:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You consent to receive transactional communications related to your account
  • You may receive promotional updates, which you may unsubscribe from at any time
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access
SMS Communications

If you voluntarily provide a phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS or text messages related to your account, the Services, promotions, updates, or game announcements.

  • Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact Void Arcade support.

Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not required to create an account or purchase any products or services on the Platform.

Section 4

Tokens & Virtual Items

  • VOID Tokens are virtual digital items used within the Platform
  • Tokens have no cash value
  • Tokens are non-transferable
  • Tokens are not redeemable for real-world currency
  • Tokens may be modified, reset, revoked, or discontinued at our discretion
  • Tokens do not represent stored monetary value or property rights
  • Void Arcade is not responsible for lost tokens resulting from user error, account misuse, or technical issues beyond reasonable control

Season Pass, Billing & Subscription Terms

5.1 · Subscription Structure

Void Arcade offers subscription-based access to premium features ("Season Pass"), including weekly and monthly billing options.

By purchasing a Season Pass, you authorize Void Arcade and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

5.2 · Cancellation
  • You may cancel your Season Pass at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • There are no penalties for cancellation
  • Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period unless refunded
  • Cancellation does not retroactively void benefits already granted during the active billing period
5.3 · Refund Policy

Void Arcade provides a limited refund window under the following conditions:

  • Weekly Pass: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • Monthly Pass: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of purchase

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Competitive rewards have already been granted
  • The account has engaged in substantial gameplay activity
  • The account has violated fair play rules
  • The refund request is abusive, repetitive, or fraudulent

Approved refunds immediately revoke premium access and associated benefits. Void Arcade reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at its sole discretion.

5.4 · FREE Next Pass Rewards

FREE Next Pass rewards:

  • Apply only to users with an active Season Pass at the time of leaderboard qualification
  • Are non-transferable
  • Have no cash value
  • May not be exchanged for money, credit, or substitute compensation

Void Arcade reserves the right to verify leaderboard integrity before issuing rewards. Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in revocation of rewards.

5.5 · Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • Premium access may be suspended
  • We may retry the charge
  • Continued payment failure may result in subscription cancellation
5.6 · Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • The account may be immediately suspended
  • Tokens and premium benefits may be revoked
  • Void Arcade reserves the right to contest fraudulent disputes
  • Abusive chargebacks may result in permanent termination
5.7 · No Financial Investment

Season Passes, tokens, and competitive rewards are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute gambling, wagering, financial investment, or guaranteed monetary return.

Section 6

Fair Play & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, automation, cheats, or exploits
  • Manipulate leaderboards unfairly
  • Interfere with Platform functionality
  • Harass or abuse other users

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Section 7

Leaderboards & Competitive Integrity

Void Arcade includes competitive features such as rankings, scores, and leaderboards.

  • Usernames, scores, rankings, and gameplay statistics may be visible to other users
  • Void Arcade reserves the right to review, adjust, invalidate, or remove scores or rankings if cheating, exploits, technical issues, or suspicious activity are detected
  • For competitive integrity and historical accuracy, leaderboard records and anonymized gameplay data may be retained even after an account is closed
Section 8

Intellectual Property

All games, visuals, logos, designs, and platform materials are owned by Void Arcade or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit content without written permission.

Section 9

Data Usage

Your information is used solely to:

  • Provide Platform access
  • Allocate tokens
  • Manage leaderboards
  • Process payments
  • Send account-related communications
  • Improve Platform functionality

Void Arcade does not sell personal data and does not use personal user data to train artificial intelligence models.

Aggregated or de-identified gameplay data may be analyzed using automated tools, including AI-assisted systems, to improve gameplay balance, performance, and the overall Services.

Section 10

Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is"
  • Void Arcade does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or continuous availability
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

  • Void Arcade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim
Section 12

Suspension & Termination

Void Arcade may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Cheating or leaderboard manipulation
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Payment abuse or chargebacks
  • Harassment or misconduct
If terminated due to user misconduct
  • No refund will be issued
  • Tokens and rewards may be forfeited
If terminated for reasons unrelated to user misconduct
  • Void Arcade may issue a prorated refund at its discretion
Upon termination
  • Premium access ends
  • Tokens may be forfeited
  • Historical leaderboard data may be retained for Platform integrity

Users may voluntarily terminate their account at any time.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Section 14

Changes to Terms

Void Arcade may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
